Specific Experience and Insight
Given enough time, money, education, and trial-and-error experience, anyone can solve a
problem. Using consulting engineers and surveyors, the client gets specialized talent that
does not learn at the clients expense. The right consulting engineer or surveyor has
already solved many similar problems reliably, effectively, consistently, and quickly.
Independence
Consulting engineers and surveyors sell their talents and experience. They are not
selling products and do not have any financial interests in the products they specify.

Resource Focus
Clients can keep their in-house engineers focused on their real business, whether that
business is running an airport or mass producing products. Consulting engineers and
surveyors can take on all the other tasks in which they are specialists.
They may also serve as the prime designer for the Owner/Client, retaining other
engineers or professionals as required to satisfactorily complete the project.

Engineering on Demand
Consulting engineers provide the specialized or broad based engineering services that a
client needs--when they need it and where they need it. Their clients do not need to
"retread" engineers on staff or hire long-term staff for short term projects.
Quality
Technical qualifications, state license to practice engineering and/or surveying, and
professional integrity are factors which help assure quality performance by consulting
engineers and surveyors. Further as members of ACEC of WY
and the American Council of Engineering Companies, and of state and regional organizations of consulting engineers, they are
committed to the highest standards of ethics and performance.
